Activated carbon adsorption equipment can be used for waste gas treatment in chemical plants

  Activated carbon adsorption equipment is widely used in the treatment of medium and low concentrations of organic waste gas, and the exhaust gas treatment equipment has the characteristics of high treatment efficiency, low operating cost, accurate control, stability and reliability.

3. The equipment has a long service life, not easy to corrode and high temperature deformation.

4. The cleaning rate of the equipment is high, reaching more than 95%, and the heat recovery rate can generally be more than 95%. No secondary pollution such as wastewater and NOX will be formed during the cleaning process.

Activated carbon is a black powder, granular or pellet-shaped amorphous carbon with porosity. The main component is carbon, and it also contains a small amount of oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur, nitrogen, chlorine, and also has a fine structure like graphite, but the grains are smaller, the layers are irregularly accumulated, and the surface area is large (500~1000m/g). It has a strong adsorption capacity, which can adsorb gas, liquid or gelatinous solid on its surface, and the adsorption of gas and liquid can be close to the quality of activated carbon itself.

Activated carbon adsorption equipment has high adsorption efficiency and wide applicability, and can be used in painting, printing, mechanical and electrical, home appliances, shoemaking, plastics and various chemical plant waste gas treatment industries, and has the effect of removing harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC (volatile organic compounds) and disinfection and deodorization.
