The principle of biological deodorization equipment is to use biological fillers as carriers, so that microorganisms form biofilms on the surface of biological fillers in a suitable environment, and the microorganisms in the biofilm use inorganic and organic matter in the exhaust gas as carbon sources and energy sources to maintain their life activities by degrading odorous substances, and decompose odorous substances into carbon dioxide, water, minerals and other odorless substances to achieve the purpose of purifying the odor of exhaust gas.
Biological deodorization equipment technology is to use the physiological process of microorganisms to convert harmful substances in organic waste gas into simple inorganic substances, (C02, H20 and other simple inorganic substances), etc., which is a harmless organic waste gas treatment method.

The odorous gas is collected through the pipeline and enters the pretreatment device, and the humidity of the exhaust gas reaches more than 90% by washing and humidification, and the wet gas enters the biological filtration and deodorization device, and the airflow and circulating liquid complete the three processes of biological gas-liquid diffusion, liquid-solid diffusion, and biological oxidation in the process of passing through the biological filler layer. The transformation of odorous gas substances continues, and the purified gas is discharged by the draft fan.
